Returns & Replacements

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped if it is shipped outside country of export. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Kayble.com will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
If items are not in the original condition received, Kayble.com has the right to refuse full refund.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items ( for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.

Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled "Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order.
