Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges will be paid by the buyer.
Limitations
To avail a warranty you need to ship the products back to Kayble.com.
The buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Kaybel.com, the buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us in regards to how information about your order is used and shared. International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also we may provide certain order shipment and product information such as but not limited to titles for our international carriers and such information maybe communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Returns & Replacements
The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped due to a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss will be transferred to us upon receipt at our end. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Kayble.com, the recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of destination. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the country of export may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country’s authorities. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are only bearable by the recipient/buyer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery dates estimated.

Tracking Your Package
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped if it is shipped outside country of export. The shipping method and courier information for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. Kayble.com will make sure that it will dispatch your package with in the same time frame mentioned under the product purchased. Kayble.com will not be responsible for any delay in delivery incurred by the courier service.

Return and Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise two way shipping will be charged. Return request can be sent online (Contact us) by email or by phone. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
If items are not in the original condition received, Kayble.com has the right to refuse full refund.
Receiving a Refund
You will receive your refund after we receive and process your returned items ( for the items eligible for refund) . Expect your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
This time period includes:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the refund does not appear in Your Account within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your returned item, please contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation Policy
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

Click the order number to see the Order Details.
If it is still possible to cancel, you will see an enabled "Cancel" button on the Order Details page that you can use to cancel your order. If the "Cancel" button is not enabled, the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the returns policy.
